Lisa and James wanted a very modern wedding. They chose the City Stokehouse for it's modern appeal and so I went right to work on creating something a little different – not quite what guests were expecting. The tables were mixed of round and long and so were the designs for each table, some in long and low profile vases others collective vases arranged in the round.
Fruiting figs, magnolia branches, oak foliage and privot were just a few of the foliages mixed together, hyacinths for some fragrance and hydrangea and Phalaenopsis orchids.
Lisa really wanted to make a feature of the entrance staircase leading to the dining room. Here we set tall vases filled with mock orange (beautiful fragrance) and Phalaenopsis orchids at the base surrounded with candles in vases to provide a wow factor on guest arrival.
